What is GallowsCon?

This is a question asked by many but answered by few. Those of us that develop Gallowscon every year ask ourselves the same question. In short, GallowsCon is a gaming convention developed by fellow gamers for fellow gamers. Such cliches are often used; yes, but it is true. Every Gallowscon member is an avid gamer of some kind or another. We do have a longer answer for you, and if you dare, read on friend.

GallowsCon focuses on games and the gamers that play them. You are our main focus. Unlike other gaming conventions you might go to  we do not flood our Con with vendors, in fact we have more of our convention dedicated to areas for gaming than selling, now that's saying something! We do not charge additional fees for any of our games or tournaments, your entrance fee gets you admission to all games and tournaments. If you don't know how to play a game, we can find someone on staff to teach you , or perhaps find another gamer that is interested in teaching you. No Experience Required, just a passion for fun. We specialize in people. Our main goal is to put on a great convention with a wide variety of games in a friendly atmosphere. We hope that you enjoy yourself we will see you again in following years.

So, What is GallowsCon? It's a place for friends, old and new, to gather together and strike the bonds of  imagination, roll some dice, laugh heartily and be gamers.
